Southern California Chapter Event:  Mary Ellen S. Capek Will Speak on "Deep Diversity" and Organizational Effectiveness, May 22, 5 to 7 pm

The Southern California chapter of Hispanics in Philanthropy invites you to join foundation colleagues for an evening of networking and sharing. Mary Ellen S. Capek, co-author of "Effective Philanthropy: Organizational Success through Deep Diversity and Gender Equality," will talk about her groundbreaking study of "deep diversity" as a critical aspect of organizational effectiveness. Local foundation leaders will be on hand to answer questions and discuss ways that grantmaking institutions can incorporate "deep diversity" within their organizational culture.

HIP members and guests are welcome to attend.
